Create a set that is uniquely yours ✨

Our custom nail service allows you to create a press-on nail set inspired by your personal style, an outfit, a special occasion, or even a design you’ve seen and loved.

Because every custom set is made specifically for you, please read the guide below carefully before placing your order. Providing accurate information and reviewing your order before checkout helps ensure that we can create your set as requested.

1. DECIDE ON YOUR DESIGN

Before placing your order, have an idea of what you would like your custom set to look like.

You may:

  • Create your own design from scratch.
  • Combine elements from multiple nail designs.
  • Request a specific color palette.
  • Request a particular theme or aesthetic.
  • Use a previous set from our shop as inspiration.
  • Upload an inspiration photo or desired nail set directly through the Custom Order product page.

You can now easily upload your desired design or inspiration directly while placing your custom order.

Your uploaded image helps us understand the overall look you are requesting. Feel free to use the notes section to include any additional changes or details you would like. 

*Since our custom orders range across different levels, reach out to us through our email, contact page, or social media for any clarification on what design level your set is BEFORE ordering.*

For the most accurate results, use the Notes section to explain exactly what you would like us to recreate, change, add, or leave out.

For example:

"I love the colors and flowers in this photo, but I would like the middle finger to have a French tip instead of the original design. Please use pink, white, and gold."

The more specific you are, the better we can understand your vision.


2. KNOW YOUR NAIL SIZES

Accurate sizing is YOUR responsibility.

Before submitting your custom order, you must know your correct nail sizes for both hands.

Please visit our Sizing Guide page on our website before ordering. Our sizing guide demonstrates the different ways you can measure your nails and explains how to determine the correct sizes for your press-ons.

Do not guess your nail sizes.

Even if you have previously ordered press-ons from another business, sizing can vary between brands, nail tips, shapes, and manufacturers.

Your order must include sizes for BOTH hands.

When entering your sizes on the Custom Order product page, please provide the measurements/sizes for both hands in RIGHT-to-LEFT order.

Please carefully follow the format requested on the product page.

For example:

R 012345 L 012355  if both hands are the same simply right: R and L 012345

Or, if our product page specifically requests a different right-to-left format, follow the instructions displayed there.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct size for every finger on both hands before submitting your order.


3. CUSTOM DESIGN LEVEL

Our custom designs vary significantly in complexity and price based on our design level. 

These include: 

  • Basic Level
  • Moderate Level
  • Complex Level
  • Intricate Level

When contacting us, we recommend sending your inspiration photo along with a description of what you would like. We can then help determine the appropriate customization level and clarify any details before you order.


4. USE THE NOTES SECTION

The Notes section is there specifically so you can provide additional information about your custom order.

We highly encourage you to provide as much detail as possible.

You can include information such as:

  • Specific colors you want used
  • Colors you do NOT want
  • Which design should go on each finger
  • Changes you want made to your inspiration photo
  • Preferred nail shape
  • Preferred finish
  • Placement of charms or decorations
  • Specific details you want emphasized
  • Details you want left out
  • Special occasion or theme
  • Any other information that will help us understand your vision

Example:

"I would like the overall design to be pink, cream, and gold. Please use the floral design on the thumb and ring fingers, French tips on the index and pinky, and the gold bow design on the middle fingers. I prefer a soft pink base rather than a bright pink."

If you need more space or feel that your request requires additional explanation, you may also contact us directly.


5. REVIEW YOUR ORDER BEFORE CHECKOUT

PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

Custom orders are created specifically according to the information submitted by the customer.

Before completing checkout, carefully review:

☐ Your nail sizes
☐ Both hands' sizes
☐ Your design/customization level
☐ Your uploaded inspiration image
☐ Your written notes
☐ Your requested colors
☐ Any additional customization requests
☐ Your shipping information
☐ Your contact information

Please make sure that everything is correct before submitting payment.

Once your order has been submitted, we may begin preparing materials and planning your custom set based on the information you provided.


6. CHANGES & CLARIFICATIONS

If something is unclear about your request, we may contact you for clarification before beginning your set.

Please make sure that the email address and contact information provided with your order are accurate and regularly monitored.

If you realize that you made an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes when possible; however, changes may not be possible once production has begun.
