• All orders are processed in 4-14 days, but delays may occur when ordering around promotional sale events and holidays. Thank you for your patience. 
• An email with tracking information will be sent to you when your package is shipped out.

• All items ship from Texas.
• ✧ Shipping is calculated based on weight + location via USPS.
• ✧ Domestic (within U.S.)
• Shipping costs will be added at checkout. 
• First class: 4-6 days (free on orders $60+)
• ✧ Once items leave our facility, we are not responsible for items lost, missing, or damaged by the carrier.  You may file a claim with USPS here (priority mail only): https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. All claims are the customer's responsibility with the carrier. We do not respond to shipping claims sent to us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Return's and Refunds are not accepted due to the nature of the items and for sanitary reasons.
•  All items are final sale due to the custom nature of most items, as well as for sanitary reasons. 
•  We are not responsible for items damaged in transit or that eventually fall of or break, because it may occur over time.
